Pet Stores Vertical
Promenade’s new vertical targeting pet store businesses that desire an online presence. This MVP build required two new features specific to pet stores before launch.
Feature One Scheduling & Booking: Saves the business owner time by allowing customers to book their own grooming or training appointments online.
Feature Two Catalog Management: Pet stores have thousands of products and this feature improves accuracy and saves time with pre-loaded products with descriptions, our inventory team, and a product verification with the most up-to-date product info.
Help Centers
In two months, I launched four new Help Centers for all of Promenade’s verticals.
Task: Create functional help centers for each vertical using zero engineering resources.
Solution: I created help centers for each vertical in Notion where I controlled the content and then Super.so is where I published the websites to their respective domains.
